If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on most item (other than FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDERS, PERSONALIZED or SEASONAL PRODUCTS). This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.
All returns must be approved prior to returning.
To start the return process please email [email protected] for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Items must be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you.
Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
A gift card will be issued if the approved return is received beyond 30 days from the customer's receipt of the item.
We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return may also be made at the Faith in Action Bookstore, located with First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 771 Somerset Street, Somerset, NJ 08873 – receipt required.
We are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error.
